Parakeet Lovebirds

Last Valentine’s Day, I bought a pair of Parakeet Lovebirds for my kids. I teased them that I gave those birds so like them they will be friendly and sweet to each other. They got immediately my thoughts and laughed at it. But I am still giving them time to be at peace with each other, maybe 2 more years. Although my girl is 10 and my boy is 6, most of the time they quarreled. Right now I am training my eldest to be more forgiving, understanding and loving to her brother because that’s how a little boy behaved.

I know there are many parents out there who can relate to me but we all know that time will come where there will be peace in our homes. Happy Valentine’s Day world!
