Support Yen Baet @ National Geographic Photo Contest

Yen Baet, a Filipina writer-photographer based in England, was one of the 6 finalists in the NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC PHOTO CONTEST. Her photo, Rainy Night in Hallstatt, was taken in Austria that shows a church by a picturesque lake. She has a degree in English but learned photography on her own. The contest winner will be determined by voting at http://www.nationalgeographic.com/chasesapphire/entries/rate/chase-finalists/. Only legal US residents may cast their votes. Last day for voting is on March 10 and the grand winner will get a 9-day National Geographic Expedition trip for 2 to Peru.

Most expensive baby photos of Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie


The twins, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline, are the new additions to Jolie-Pitt nest. The 3-week old babies, when the photo was taken, together with Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2 – will surely not miss out being in the limelight most of the times having Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie as parents.

First photos of the newborn twins of the most glamorous couple in Hollywood, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, reportedly have been sold for a hefty US$14 million, making them the most expensive baby snaps in the history.

Getty Images got the rights over the twins’ photos who in turn sold to magazines and proceeds will be given to charity. Above photos appeared in the latest issues of United StatesPeople and Britain’s Hello!.
