Manny Villar & developers' housing scam

I just seen this news on TV about housing developers’ “housing scam” and really pity those victimized by it including government agencies. It concerns the low cost housing project of developers who are accused by the victims of manipulating their documents and giving them sub-standard houses. Again for the nth time, Senator Manny Villar’s company is said to have been involved again in the housing scam.
