I was able to hear over the radio today the continuation of the Incident Investigation and Review Committee (IIRC) regarding the August 23 hostage crisis. The interview made by RMN-DZXL was played part by part and the portion where the hostage taker Rolando Mendoza seems to be in outrage was really terrible.
