Villar, Vista Land & PSE issue
I am really curious about this Villar, his Vista Land and the Philippine Stock Exchange controversy. At first I heard Villar saying that the money he is using in the campaign came from his real estate firms that gives him billions of pesos. Now come the controversy again about his ethics as a Senator of the country appearing in a PSE board meeting discussing an issue about Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. Below is a link about the said issue that you may wanted to read to enlighten also about the controversy.

Hubert Webb to give semen sample
The Supreme Court approved one of the primary suspects in the 1991 VIZCONDE MASSACRE, Hubert Webb, to submit his semen sample for DNA testing. In the said crime Estrelita, Carmela and Jennifer were heartlessly killed and even raped one of the victims, Carmela. This almost 2 decades case is really giving pain on both the families of the victims and the suspects. Lauro Vizconde, father and husband of the victims, strongly believed that they have the right suspects and justice is so much delayed for his family. On the side of the Webbs, Hubert’s life has been ruined and denying his participation in the said brutal killings.
Survey says on recession, recovery & store brands
This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of PBM Products. All opinions are 100% mine.
Consumers are really getting wiser in spending the family’s income with the continuous global economic downfall and recovery is still uncertain. Being an entrepreneur I do understand the importance of knowing and understanding consumer attitudes and behavior. Surveys give pertinent information as to how consumers spend their money, their preferences, their satisfaction and dissatisfaction over a product, and many more.
Taking for example this exclusive survey of shopping attitudes made by GfK Custom Research North America for the Private Label Manufacturers Association or PLMA. Below are some key findings on this ongoing consumer research based on a nationwide poll of nearly 800 grocery shoppers about Recession, Recovery & Store Brands:
- When it comes to the issue on economy, 8 out of 10 supermarket shoppers see no improvement while 40% of them said it’s getting worst in recent months. It is the same thing going on in the Philippines wherein unemployment rate continues to rise and businesses shutting down.
- 62% of the respondents plan to buy more Store Brand products given the tough economy. I guess with the given economic crisis we still have now it is wiser to buy a certain product of same quality but at a lower price.
- Patrons of store brands are at all-time high with 57%. Consumers are patronizing Store Brand products more than national brands because they are getting the same but at a lower price.
- There are 43% of shoppers who are trying Store Brands for the first time who are also used to buy only national brands.
- Among those who switched to a Store Brand 97% of those are happy with their new choice.
- 49% shoppers who turned to Store Brands are satisfied with the price and quality comparing it to national brands.

Andal Jr. now endorses Aquino after Villar
After endorsing the candidacy of Senator Manny Villar, Andal Ampatuan Jr. now endorses Senator Noynoy Aquino in a press conference held in Camp Bagong Diwa. According to him it was a family decision after Senator Aquino asked for the support from his family. He claimed that there was no election fraud happened in Maguindanao in previous elections and he’s afraid that there might be this coming 2010 Elections since most of the Ampatuans are in jailed. As for Senator Aquino he denounced asking support from the Ampatuans and replied to the said endorsement, “No, Thanks!”

Andal Ampatuan moved from NBI to Camp Bagong Diwa
One of the suspects in the so-called “Maguindanao Massacre” which killed 57 civilians including 30 journalists, Andal Ampatuan Jr., was transferred from the detention cell at the NBI to a jail in Taguig. He was brought out of the NBI under heavy security at around 10am and arrived at Quezon City jail annex in Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig before noon.
On the other hand, City Mayor Freddie Tinga is opposing the said transfer as it may pose a security threat to the city as it may cause unrest in a nearby Muslim community.

"My Redeemer Lives" @ YouTube
I have seen this video shared by a friend at Facebook. Out of curiosity of how the amazing story goes I watched the video and it really touched my heart. If God can grant me even a single wish, I will wish that people may have that kind of love for each other to make Earth a beautiful and peaceful place to live in. I have seen a kind of love that is so pure, unconditional and knows no boundaries.
Thanks to many people sharing this video! Thanks keithmarv! Hoping that many will watch it and be inspired by its lesson.
