- 1 kilo pork kasim, medium-sized cubed
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
- 2 pieces long green sili, sliced diagonally
- 1 piece onion
- ½ cup Balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup Bagoong fish paste
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 1-1/2 cups pork broth
- Fish sauce to taste
- Water
Cooking procedures:
Boil pork kasim in water for 20-30 minutes or until meat is tender. Remove pork and set aside. Saute garlic, onion and green sili. Add pork and few of fish sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add broth, vinegar, fish paste and sugar and bring to a boil for another 5 minutes. Serve hot with rice.

My mom tried your your recipe and she loved it. Heheh is there a seafood or vegan version that I can try??? I love vegan meals especially since My doc has advised me to stay off the meat. :)
