Corporate Uniforms & Safetyware @ Total Image Group

Have you ever glance on a person because of the corporate uniform he or she is wearing? During those times where I used to work in Makati, I did that many times. Aside from the high-rise building and great landscapes in the city, corporate uniform is one of the things that always catch my attention. Why not especially if you don’t pretty like the one you are wearing. Since Makati is filled with many corporations, I get to see plenty of it and must admit appreciate the couture of some corporate uniforms like bank employees and hotel staff to name some.

Corporations who invest in fashionable and professional corporate uniforms of their employees are on the right track. They just not make their employees happy, presentable and comfortable but also serve as roving advertisement also for the company. If you see this person wearing this one, you know he or she works for this company. People tend to know in return the company and that’s a big help in creating awareness for such company among the thousand ones.

But aside from corporate uniforms, one noticeable uniform among the people we get to bump in the busy streets are those in the healthcare industry. Nowadays you get to see big changes the way hospitals dress their staff, from an ordinary white uniform to a pleasing sky blue ones and more shades. Aside from the color, the tailoring from top to bottom describes comfort and functionality. Not to mention the durability and the quality of fabric used that will surely inspire hospital staff to perform their daily job. Durable, comfortable and functional health care uniforms help a lot for hospital staff to carry out their day to day activities with ease, comfort and pride.

Around the world, there are businesses dedicated in providing uniforms for different industries like Total Image Group who specializes uniforms australia and surely understand the importance of such for both the employees and the company as well.

Budoy

I must admit I got addicted with ABS-CBN’s newest Primetime Bida offering “Budoy.” Since it first telecast last October 10, I got to feel the pain of Zsa-Zsa Padilla (Luisa) as the mother of a special child who got lost and admire the character of Elena (Janice de Belen) who despite the child’s case wholeheartedly loved and took care of him as one of her own.

I am a mother and my kids are both normal, and thanks God for that. Having a child like “Budoy” is really a big test of motherhood, so difficult and painful. Not all people understand their situation and accept them as what they are, and to make it worst even the family of special children at times is the first one to belittle them.

Budoy” may only be part of our evening schedule to watch but together let us all learn and apply the moral lessons of this to our daily lives.

Online Casino Spotlight

Let’s face it. The world of internet is so powerful that anything and everything can be found here and users can do their personal and business needs in front of their computers, and at the comfort of their home. Name it, you have it. You can go shopping of your clothes, household needs, appliances, books, and more without leaving your home and get tangled up with the traffic on the busy streets especially now that holidays are fast approaching.

But aside from shopping, the world of internet can offer entertainment by giving users access to many online casinos. Nowadays, players get to play at the comfort of their home using different online gambling sites. With the way technology is rapidly evolving and more players are getting interested to play online, this market will continue to boom in the coming years. I have been once in a casino in Subic and I did try to play one of the slots. My first time and I find it entertaining and so easy to do as 1-2-3. Just placed my bet, hit a button, pull the lever and the reels of fate started to roll. Never made so much from it but I did have fun.

Although there are indeed many online casinos, you must choose the company with reliability and track record, and the one with superb customer service.

Homemade cookies & cream

One of the desserts I made at home and a fave to my 2 kids is my homemade COOKIES & CREAM. It is so easy to prepare. In a container, add 2 boxes of Nestle Cream and 1 box of condensed milk. Mix the 2 together. Then add 1 pack of pounded pieces of Oreo cookies to the mixture. Mix well until the cookies are perfectly scattered in the mixture. Place it in the fridge and presto, instant dessert for my kids.

Sorsogon's Kasanggayahan Festival

Every October of each year, the KASANGGAYAHAN FESTIVAL is celebrated in Sorsogon in commemoration of its foundation as a Province. It is a province-wide festival, with the center of activities in Sorsogon City.

Kasanggayahan is an old Bikol word, the meaning of which can be gleaned from this short verse:

"When the fields are green
and the grains are golden;
when the machines work well
and all business prosper;
when the birds in the sky chirp freely
and men on earth are peacefully happy;
in Bikol, it is KASANGGAYAHAN,
meaning, a life of prosperity.”

The Kasanggayahan Festival, which is listed by the Department of Tourism as one of the annual Philippine Festivals, is celebrated with a series of cultural, historical, religious, agro-industrial and economic activities, showcasing Sorsogon’s abundant agricultural products, particularly food and decorative items from the versatile Pili tree, which is indigenous to the province.

The Festival is highlighted by the inimitable Pantomina sa Tinampo. Pantomina, a traditional Bikol dance, is known as a dance of love and courtship – actually the “dance of the doves” or “sinalampati” ( “salampati” is Bikol for dove), as it was then known before the coming of the Spanish colonizers.The Pantomina, or “pantomime”, imitates, in dance, the courtship and lovemaking of the doves. But it is only in Sorsogon where this is danced in the streets, or “tinampo”, by droves of eager dancers wearing colorful native attire, as they cajole and coax tourists and onlookers to join in the fun and merrymaking, partake of tuba, the native coconut wine, and lechon, or roast pig, carried by dancers as they swing and sway and do their love dance down the streets of Sorsogon.

The Kitchen Musical

The KITCHEN MUSICAL, the exciting new Asian series (kinda like Glee and Hell’s Kitchen combined), is set to debut on US television after the show premiered strongly in the the Philippines, Singapore, and Indonesia.

Emmy & Golden Globe Award-winning producer, Ben Silverman, who brought Ugly Betty and The Office to the US has also selected The Kitchen Musical for the same route. This is a first as formats are only brought back to the US after the show has performed well internationally.

The first Pan-Asian musical series, topbilled by our very own Karylle and Christian Bautista, debuted on seven countries, including ABS-CBN and Studio 23, in the region and 18 territories via AXN last Sunday, October 2.

The Kitchen Musical received rave reviews from viewers and instantly gained fans accross Southeast Asia that it became one of the trending topics on Twitter right after the airing of its pilot episode.
