While browsing the web, I came across www.GreatAmericanSeafoodCookOff.com which showcases 5 stars chef and their domestic, sustainable seafood recipes. Among others, I found the Texas Gulf Shrimp recipe of Chef Mark Holley very delicious and appealing. Well of course aside from the shrimp, it incorporates delicious and nutritious ingredients like milk, egg, honey, and beans to name some. With all those ingredients and the garnishing, the presentation looks really perfect, I think this recipe of Chef Holley will make it on the top. The recipes made use of domestic ingredients so I think if I’m will make my own version of it I would replace some ingredients that are domestic in my location but somewhat similar on the looks and taste of that ingredients. The use of domestic seafood for our dishes brings about some benefits like it is fresh and has great taste, availability and storage.
