Ingredients:
- 1 Kilo Shrimps (trim and clean)
- 1 pack Knorr Sinigang mix
- 1 big Onion (diced)
- 3 big tomatoes (quartered)
- 1 piece Radish (sliced diagonally)
- 5 strings Sitaw (Stringed beans) cut into 2” long
- 1 bundle Kangkong (cut into 2" long)
- 5 pcs. Okra (cut into half remove both ends)
- 3 pieces long green pepper
- 5 cups rice wash or water
- Fish sauce or Patis to taste
Cooking procedures:
In a casserole, boil rice wash or water together with onion, tomatoes, radish, sitaw, okra and the content of Knorr Sinigang mix. After boiling, add in shrimps, Kangkong and green long pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season with patis. Serve hot.

Crissy, this very dish is making my mouth water (even after having dinner!!!)...I love food like this.
I am going to try this out tomorrow but minus the okra.
