Pork-Beef Dinuguan Recipe

  • 1/2 kilo pork kasim
  • 1/2 kilo beef
  • 3 tbsps. cooking oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 pack Knorr Sinigang Mix
  • 4 cups pork blood
  • 4 pcs. long green sili
  • Fish sauce to taste
  • 1 liter water
Cooking procedures:

Boil pork and beef in a liter of water until tender. Saute garlic and onion in cooking oil. Add tendered pork and beef and few of fish sauce. Add in 2 cups of broth, content of Knorr pack and green sili. On the first boil add pork blood and simmer for 15-20 minutes while stirring continuously under medium heat. Season with fish sauce. Serve with rice or puto.
