- 3 cups shelled clams
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 piece onion, sliced
- 1 small ginger sliced
- 1 bundle of onion leaves
- 5 cups water
- 2 pieces miswa
- Fish sauce to taste
- pepper (pino) to taste
Cooking procedures:
Leave the clams in a bowl of water for 10 minutes before cooking. In a pan sauté garlic, ginger and onion. Put the shelled clams and few of fish sauce then simmer for 2 minutes. Add water, onion leaves and miswa. Bring to boil for 3-5 minutes or until miswa is cook. Season with fish sauce and pepper to taste before removing from heat. Serve hot.
