The new Armed Forces Chief of Staff is
Lt. Gen. Eduardo Oban. According to a military analyst,
AFP Chief Oban is a man of integrity and I hope he will remain as he sets to retire 9 months from now. Hearing the massive corruption in AFP, the pity condition of ordinary AFP personnel and the continuity of good programs for the AFP to undertake, I hope and pray that Chief Oban will do great things about these. May he stand for the truth and integrity as a PMAer, and increase the morale of the whole AFP.
