Cristeta Comerford wins Iron Chef America

I love watching the show “Iron Chef” because cooking is my passion. Given the chance I would love to enroll in a culinary school. Speaking of Iron Chef, I took pride when I heard in the news that the Filipino-American (first ever Fil-Am White House Executive Chef) won in Iron Chef America.

Cristeta Comerford joined “Iron Chef” Bobby Flay against “Super Chef” Emeril Lagasse and “Iron Chef” Mario Batali in a special season-opening episode of the said top-rated cooking show. She was originally been named as head chef by former First Lady Laura Bush and the Obamas decided to retain her in the position as she came highly regarded by the Bush family.
